    Principles of joint meetings
    1.     4. Convening of joint meetings
    (1) According to the needs of the work, the joint meetings shall mainly be conducted in the form of thematic meetings, work consultation meetings, task promotion meetings, work experience exchange meetings, information briefing meetings, etc。

    (3) The joint meeting shall be presided over by the director or the executive Director of the Customs Working Committee。
    (4) The topics of the joint meeting shall be put forward by the Customs Working Committee in accordance with the requirements of the Party Committee according to the needs of the development of the work situation of the next generation。The member units of the joint meeting may, according to the needs of the work, put forward suggestions on topics to the Customs Working Committee, which shall be studied and determined by the Customs Working Committee。
    (5) Determine the participants according to the content of the joint meeting。It may be attended by all members of the joint meeting;Some member units may participate;Persons in charge of relevant departments (units) other than member units may be invited to attend。Each member unit of the joint meeting shall identify a leading comrade in charge of caring for the next generation as a member of the joint meeting。
    V. Implementing the tasks of the joint meetings
    (1) Organizing and implementing。For the work tasks arranged and deployed with the consent of the Party Committee, the Customs Work Committee shall, together with relevant member units, formulate implementation plans, propose measures, decompose tasks, determine special persons to be responsible, and conscientiously organize implementation。Each member unit shall convert the broad consensus formed by the major issues submitted to the meeting for discussion into work consciousness, and the important matters identified shall be incorporated into the work plan of the unit and the system to promote the implementation。
    (2) Supervise and inspect。The customs work committee shall keep abreast of the progress of work and the implementation of tasks。Timely study and solve problems encountered in the implementation of the work;To supervise and inspect important matters together with relevant departments;Matters listed in the supervision of the Party committee and the government shall be supervised in an appropriate manner and the situation of supervision shall be reported to the Party committee and the government in a timely manner。
